Hovercraft owners and operators face a broad spectrum of challenges. While hovercraft technology has improved dramatically over the years, many owners and operators are unable to find professional training and guidance in the development of safe operating procedures. Many also find it difficult to obtain insurance coverage at a reasonable cost. The goal of Hover STAR Network is to work with the industry to help rectify these and other industry shortcomings.
