The Hover STAR Network provides a Confidential Incident/Accident Reporting System, manufacturer safety notices an bulletins, and a variety of safety reports, articles and related information.

The Confidential Incident/Accident Reporting System is designed to help hovercraft operators learn from one another. Modeled after the NASA Aviation Safety Reporting System used by aircraft pilots, the system collects pertinent information regarding actual incidents and "near miss" situations that may help identify needs within the industry. Hover STAR Network will collect the data submitted via the reporting forms, and use the data to generate a variety of articles and safety reports. All reporter-specific information will be kept strictly confidential.

The "Notices" section provides a means by which manufacturers can disseminate pertinent safety-related information to the hovercraft community.

The "Safety Info" section will provide access to safety reports and other information available from Hover STAR Network and other entities.
